When is enough?

Hello everyone! So the question that I have today is when do you know you have enough stuff; in my case beauty products. I admit to being a product hoarder but to be honest there really is no reason why I have so much stuff. I use most of the products on a daily basis but the pile just seems to keep growing.

Things like body lotions, hair and skincare products and most of all makeup. I like all these things and to be honest it doesn’t look like I have a hoarding problem but if I do this:


Oh my… there are a lot of products to use. So I have set a goal for myself to finish a majority of these products (especially makeup products) by September as well as to NOT PURCHASE anything new. That gives me some time and I can monitor how many products that I finish and how long it took which will in turn give me an idea on how to finish up the rest of the products. Also, by stopping in September it will give me a chance to see the awesome fall and winter collections which I will most likely purchase. I think it will be difficult to stay on track so I employed a robot whom I am a HUGE fan of to help keep me on track.

The trainer:

Wall-E hates wasting products so he’ll encourage me to use every last drop! Attempt at being eco-concious.

And hey, even if I don’t finish some products it’s going to be okay I have the rest of the year anyways!

EDIT: Just so that no one freaks out all of this was purchased over a period of 3 years. I did not go out one day and decide to buy that many products in one go. ^-^

Thoughts & Ends

Hello everyone! Ever since I have discovered that I have an & button I’ve been using it a lot! Even though it really doesn’t need to be used but don’t you think it’s cool? This post is on my thought of blogging and it comes from my heart to yours.

I’ve been blogging for a year, 2 months and a quarter (of a month) and I have to say my blogging skills still aren’t any better. I have learned how to schedule posts if I’m going to be gone, I can change themes and post pictures, and I have learned that people do stumble across blogs like mine and read it. I don’t think I have the most interesting content in the world but I had hoped that I could help people be a little more knowledgable and happy with their life. Sad to say after all this time I have no achieved my goal and I still think I have a long way to go.

So to improve myself and this blog I am going to begin to expand into the vast world of the internet. Gone will be the days of staying behind a screen and pictures this blog will become personal and hopefully helpful to many people. Places I hope to expand to are Youtube (which I have talked about so much I might as well begin there) and other social media networks. By doing video blogging or vlogging as it is liked to be called I can reach a wider audience with  a message I want to send (what kind of message it’s still to be decided). I hope that I can expand my world even further out than it is right now.

Finally I want to thank all those who read my blog and even those who just stumble on it because of you I could become a better person and have hopefully shared some of my happiness with you. Thank you all and I hope that you will continue to support me for many years to come!

2L Water Challenge

A challenge! I love challenges! Especially when it’s against myself.

So the 2L Water Challenge is a challenge (no duh) where I challenge myself to drink at least 2L of water everyday. Now currently I am not drinking a lot of water. So if I suddenly started drinking 2L everyday I probably won’t be able to handle it. The breakdown for this is:

Dates: Fri May 7 – Sat May 15;  Goal: Drink 1L of water a day

Dates: Sun May 16 – Mon May 24;  Goal: Drink 2L of water a day

Yuppers! For a bonus photo I will show you my favourite drinking cup.

It’s a sheep!! Yeah, the year I was born in cheesy I know but whatever. And yes, there is still some hyperpigmentation left on my skin darn acne. So hopefully I will see the benefits of drinking water after I finish this challenge. Thanks to Cherrychan108 from Youtube who is I believe currently going through with this challenge.
