Review: ELF Clarifying Pressed Powder in Light Beige

17 Jun

Hello everyone! Almost through my ELF products jut one more left (blushes) and this little segment is done. On with the review!

Review: A surprise product for me I was really surprised how well it worked and it also didn’t break me out. As you can tell from the photo the powder is quite pigmented and luckily it’s just my shade. The texture is really smooth and just seems to glide onto my face. It does a decent job at controlling oil, I still have to blot but not as much as I used to. There is no scent at all which is great. What I dislike about this product is the packaging I feel that it’s pretty flimsy and can break easily if I took it on a trip but what was I expecting for a dollar? Overall a pretty good powder and a definate repurchase for me.

Cost: $1USD @ eyeslipsface.com

Would I recommend this product? Yes I would and I will be repurchasing for sure.

Hello, I found this review pretty useful, I was wondering how well the product covers up oily skin, I have tried a lot of different foundations and powders and struggle to find ones to fully combat shiny, oily skin!

      Hello,
Seeing how pigmented the powder is it does cover up pores and acne scars pretty well. As for oil-control properties it’s not just going to be one product that is going to keep you shine free throughout the day. For me I use an mattifying foundation and then use this powder and it helps keep the oilies at bay. Now if I just used this product by itself I would probably only get about 5-6 hours of oil control. So it’s not just this one product it a group of products working together. I hope this answered your question and thanks for stopping by!
